LB90 Slicer
The operation of the bread slicer is both simple and efficient with the loaves being delivered to the slicing position by side and bottom feed belts. As an option the belts can continue through the cutting blades ensuring a smooth slicing action is maintained when handling Freebake Bread. The slicing process is performed by knives mounted in two frames (half the total number of knives required in each frame) which are reciprocated in opposite directions. The angle of the infeed belts and slicer frames has been calculated to ensure maximum slicing efficiency.
